If eligible, show Spin Dialog with correct wheel (1X, 2X, or 3X) and UI states (Loading / NoTask / AlreadySpun / Wheel / Result)
Child taps Spin → wheel animates with ticks and sounds (≈5s duration) and stops on a segment
If segment is 'points' → award points immediately and record in SpinHistory
If segment is 'bonus_spin' → grant immediate extra spin or multiplier as defined and record result
If segment is 'no_luck' → record result and show encouragement message
On success, update child's points, show confetti/celebration, and notify parent; persist result via POST /api/child/spin
Child can view recent spins via GET /api/child/spin/history
